Our Premium Membership unlocks the complete Loti Suite—giving you full access to its advanced DIY tools for organizing your property, coverage, and claims. It’s everything you need in one place to stay protected, prepared, and ready for whatever comes next.
We base membership dues on your policy premium because higher-value policies typically insure more items, require more supporting documentation, and often include more complex coverage details. Lower-value policies generally cover less expensive properties with simpler needs, so pricing automatically adjusts to match the scale and complexity of your coverage. With Loti, you only pay for what you need, and your membership grows with you—whether you have one policy or several.
Single Policy Memberships are billed annually at 8% of your associated insurance premium, or monthly at 10% of your premium.
Multiple Policy Memberships (two or more policies connected) are billed annually at just 6% of the combined premiums, or monthly at 8% of the combined premiums.
Your Loti Membership begins with a 10-day free trial of the Loti Suite. During your trial, you’ll have access to all features of the Loti Suite except the few noted below, so you can explore the tools, see how they work for you, and get comfortable before committing. After your trial ends, billing is based on the number of policies you connect—whether those policies cover a single property or multiple properties.
