RallyPro Central
Once your claim is fully organized and supported by strong documentation, your RallyPro—a licensed public adjuster—takes the lead. RallyPros are authorized, bonded, and state-licensed to represent you directly in claim negotiations. They manage all communication with your insurance company, submit clean, comprehensive estimates, respond to adjuster questions, and push back on undervalued or delayed offers.
This isn’t just about paperwork—it’s a strategic negotiation led by someone who knows the system inside and out.

RALLYPROS ARE LICENSED PUBLIC ADJUSTERS
To become a licensed public adjuster, each candidate must complete a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised, hands-on training under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
This apprenticeship ensures they gain real-world experience in claims handling, policy interpretation, client communication, and the step-by-step processes of both residential and commercial loss recovery.

Rallypro training program
The RallyPro Program is Loti’s in-house path to becoming a fully licensed public adjuster—designed to ensure every RallyPro is not only highly trained but deeply aligned with our values of clarity, care, and results. Before earning the title of RallyPro and thus being able to adjust claims, team members begin as state licensed public adjuster apprentices, gaining hands-on experience while supporting homeowners and learning the complexities of claims, policies, and recovery.
After completing their training, candidates must pass a state-mandated licensing exam, which rigorously tests their knowledge of insurance law, ethics, coverage interpretation, and best practices in claim handling.
This ensures that only qualified individuals who meet strict professional and ethical standards are granted a public adjuster license.

These licenses are renewed every two years, ensuring RallyPros stay compliant with evolving state regulations and maintain an active, accountable presence in the industry.

In addition, all RallyPros must comply with Title 18 U.S. Code 1033, a federal regulation that prohibits individuals with certain criminal backgrounds from working in the insurance industry.
